Attaching AIE-active L1 ([1,1′:2′,1′′:4′′,1′′′-quaterphenyl]-2-yldiphenylphosphane) to AuCl, shortened the distances of P−C bonds to promote electron cloud overlap between AuI and L1 , affords 1 ( L1 AuCl) with aggregation-induced phosphorescence enhancement (AIPE) activity by 3LMCT transitions. Then substituting the coplanar L2 (9-ethynylanthracene) for the Cl in 1 providing 2 , switches the luminescence to aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ) activity. Furthermore, we restore the performance from ACQ to AIPE by metathesis reactions to transfer 2 into 1 . It is versatile synthetic strategy of reversible transformation between 1 and 2 that switches the luminescence of organogold(I) between AIPE and ACQ through balancing auxiliary ligands around the given metal.  相似文献

While concerns about improving recharged afterglow intensity in vivo still motivate further exploration, afterglow nanoparticles (AGNP) offer unique optical merit for autofluorescence-free biological imaging. Apart from efforts enhancing the afterglow emission properties of AGNP, improving afterglow excitation response to visible or near infrared light is important but has lacked success. Dye sensitization has been used to improve the optical response of photovoltaic nanomaterials and to enhance upconversion luminescence efficiency. This concept has recently been expanded and applied to AGNPs. As a new multifunctional nanoprobe, such dye-sensitized AGNP takes advantage of both high spatial resolution fluorescence imaging and sensitive afterglow imaging. This Concept introduces the background, the concept, mechanism, and related imaging application, as well as reviewing existing challenges and proposing future developmental directions for the dye-sensitized AGNPs.  相似文献

Realizing the synergy between active site regulation and rational structural engineering is essential in the electrocatalysis community but still challenging. Here, a matrix-confined co-pyrolysis strategy based on molecular bridging is demonstrated to realize highly dispersed Fe atoms on stereoassembled carbon framework. Both polyacrylonitrile matrix and organic linker from metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) provide sufficient N-anchoring sites for the generation of Fe−N4 moieties. A high Fe loading of 2.9 wt.% is readily achieved based on the scalable approach without post-treatment. Owing to the presence of highly exposed Fe−N−C sites and well-tuned pore structures, isolated Fe atoms on porous carbon nanofiber framework (Fe−SA/NCF) exhibits decent oxygen reduction activity and stability in alkaline conditions via a near four-electron path, demonstrating superior performance as air cathode for zinc-air batteries (ZABs) to commercial Pt/C catalyst.  相似文献

Nucleic acids dye Goldview is widely used in agarose gel electrophoresis (AGE). However, in this study, a sample of multiplasmid DNA (multi-pDNA) stained with Goldview analyzed by AGE showed its instability at low temperature. Three types of DNA samples were analyzed, including linear DNA (ladder), single-plasmid DNA (single-pDNA), and multi-pDNA, electrophoretic conditions were optimized by adjusting the dye, the buffer, and the temperature (1–50°C). The results showed that the light intensity of Gelred is 2.2-times higher than that of Goldview in staining multi-pDNA. Compared with the single-pDNA and the linear DNA, the multi-pDNA stained with Goldview was greatly affected by temperature. This short communication indicated that Gelred is a highly applicable dye for analyzing multiplasmid samples. The degree and the way of binding of Goldview to multi-pDNA are greatly affected by temperature.  相似文献

The allergic reaction (AR) of Chinese herbal injection (CHI) has become one of the most noticeable focuses of public health in China. However, it still remains a considerable controversy as to whether low-molecular-weight components in CHI have potential sensitization. In this study, the relationship between AR and low-molecular-weight component profile of Shenmai injection was explored by an interdisciplinary technology integrating real-world evidence and ultra-performance liquid chromatography–quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectroscopy (UPLC–Q-TOF-MS). The AR information of hospitalized patients was obtained by comprehensively analyzing real-world evidence from January 2015 to June 2019 at two Chinese hospitals. The UPLC–Q-TOF-MS was exploited to systematically investigate the low-molecular-weight component profile with 50–1500 m/z mass range, and 3725 MS1 peaks were detected. The optimized partial least squares discriminant analysis model was established to map the influence of low-molecular-weight components on AR. The results of this study showed that high levels of organic acids administered intravenously might be a potential risk factor for inducing AR. By using this method, Shenmai injection with high AR risk could be recognized precisely with 100% accuracy before clinical use.  相似文献

Thermally healing capability of cracks and defects is important and urgent for the safe operation and life extending of electric materials and devices. Here, by the combination of thermally driven reversible Diels–Alder (DA) interaction and in-situ chemical oxidative polymerization of 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT), a series of intrinsically conductive poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT)/DA composites possess intrinsically self-healing property under low-temperature (reverse DA reaction at 100°C; DA crosslinking at 60°C) stimulus were achieved. The crosslinking DA bonding reactions are multiple from the co-existence of pre-synthesized macromolecular polyurethane attached DA units (PU-DA) and 2,4-hexadiyne-1,6-diol (DADOL) in the films. PU-DA involved in the polymerization process of EDOT to endow PEDOT with outstanding solution-processability, uniform film making, and structural self-healing capability, while DADOL was added to enhance the cross bonding between polymer chains. This work will accelerate the research and application development of intrinsically self-healing conducting polymers for commercial capacitors, antistatic coatings, implantable, printable electronics, and so on.  相似文献

In this paper, the problem of the uniform stability for a class of fuzzy fractional-order genetic regulatory networks with random discrete delays, distributed delays, and parameter uncertainties is studied. Although there is a portion of literature on using fixed point theorems to study the stability of fractional neural networks, most of them required the fractional order to be in 1 2 , 1 . However, the case of the fractional-order belonging to ( 0 , 1 2 ) has not been discussed. To solve it, this work proposes a novel idea of using fixed point theory to study the stability of fuzzy (0,1) order neural networks, the problem of the uniqueness of the solution of the considered genetic regulatory networks is resolved, and a novel sufficient condition to guarantee the uniform stability of above genetic regulatory networks is also derived. Eventually, an example is given to demonstrate that the obtained result is effective.  相似文献
